With your prior, express and informed consent — given at registration — the personal data indicated (full name, email address and educational institution) may be shared with the sponsoring companies of AWS Student Community Day Mexico-CDMX 2026, solely for marketing communications about cloud technology products, services and opportunities.

This transfer requires your consent under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and the data may only be used for the stated purpose. The companies receiving it take on the same obligations as the Organizer regarding its processing.

This consent is optional — you can register without giving it. You may revoke it at any time, without retroactive effect, by writing to the address in the Contact section.

Your data is stored and processed on servers outside Mexico, mainly on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States, and with the providers we use to send email and host the site. These providers act as processors on behalf of the Organizer, so these transfers do not require additional consent.

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described, and at most two (2) years from the date of the event. After that it is deleted, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you have the right to (ARCO rights):
